You will need to present your original photo ID card to our courier or at your chosen self-collection point. This is the ID that you uploaded when you placed your order on our website (NRIC, Employment Pass, 11B, S-Pass, Student Pass, Work Permit, Dependant Pass and PEP).
Please note that we do not accept copies of your ID. Only the physical, original ID will be accepted.
If you have opted for self-collection, please ensure that you also have the tracking number ready on hand to show to the SingPost staff. You can find your tracking number in the email and SMS we sent to you!
