We will inform you through email that there has been an attempt to deliver your Welcome Pack and that this attempt has failed or that you have missed you collection cut-off (Subject: "[Circles.Life order] We tried but were unable to deliver the Welcome Pack!" or “[Circles.Life order] Please reschedule a pick-up or a delivery of your Welcome Pack!”).
Please click on the re-delivery request / reschedule link provided in this email and fill in your desired re-delivery / rescheduled pick-up slot. You can also reschedule this through the My Orders section of your account on our website.
Please note that a S$15 fee will apply. If the failed delivery was due to unforeseen circumstances that was beyond our control or yours, this fee will be waived.
