Before you request to transfer your number to the Circles.Life network, make sure that this number is registered under your ID with your donor telco.
Not the case?
If your number is registered under your mother's name, for example, you will have to buy your plan, select a temporary number first and wait until your SIM card has been delivered before requesting to transfer your number through the CirclesCare app. Head here for more details.
You can request to transfer your current number while you're signing up for your Circles.Life plan. It’s super easy!
Step 1: Click on the number setting window
By default, we allocate a new number to you, but you can request to keep your current number.
Step 2: Type the number you want to transfer in the field “Your current POST-PAID number”
Remember, the number has to be:
- Registered under your NRIC/ID with your donor telco;
- Active with your donor telco (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be ported);
- Post-paid (pre-paid numbers cannot be ported).
Step 3: Choose your donor telco
Step 4: Hit “Keep this number”
And voilà! You’re done!
