We're so happy you're joining the Circles.Life community!
Before you request to transfer your number to Circles.Life, you'll need to make sure that it:
- Is a post-paid number (pre-paid numbers cannot be transferred);
- Is registered under your NRIC/ID with your current telco (or the NRIC/ID you will be using to sign up);
- Is active with your current telco (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be transferred); and
- Does not have any outstanding balance with your current telco.

If your number is registered under someone else's name and you'd like it to be under your own name instead, there are a different set of steps you'll need to follow to transfer your number to Circles.Life. But it's just as simple! Head here to find out how.
Here's how to request the transfer of your current number to Circles.Life during your sign up:
Step 1: Click on the number setting window
By default, we'll allocate a new number to you, so you'll need to request to keep your current number.
Step 2: Type the number you want to transfer in the field “Your current POST-PAID number”
Step 3: Choose your current telco
Step 4: Click “Keep this number”
And that's it! Complete your sign up and we'll do the rest. No sweat! Remember not to terminate your service with your current telco, as we won't be able to transfer your number to Circles.Life then. Your line with your current telco will be automatically terminated once we've successfully transferred your number to Circles.Life. All you need to do is sit back and relax.
