It’s really easy! Here’s how:
Step 1: Click on Manage Order
Step 2: Scroll down and click on ‘Suspend Number’.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant details. If you have more than one number, you can select the number you want to suspend from the drop down list.
Step 4: Select a suspension start-date from the drop down list. Please note that if you would like to start the suspension from the next month, you’ll need to submit your request before 12pm on the last day of the current month.
Step 5: Select your suspension end-date. This will be the month that your number will be reactivated.
Step 6: After you’ve selected your suspension dates, a suspension fee will be displayed along with the credit/debit card details from which this fee will be deducted immediately once you’ve submitted your request. If you would like to use another card, you can update this in the Circles.Life app > Home > View Upcoming Bills > Bills Charged To > Change before you submit your suspension request.
Step 7: You will be asked to confirm your suspension request. Please note that once the suspension fee has been successfully deducted, it cannot be refunded.
Step 8: Once you’ve confirmed your suspension request, a success message will be displayed at the top of the screen and you’ll also receive a confirmation email from us.
Step 9: You can view your active suspension requests in the same ‘Request Temporary Suspension’ section.
Please note that you'll be charged $10.09 for each month of suspension, which will be charged upfront when you submit a suspension request. Also, to suspend your Circles.Life number, you should have:
- Already successfully paid 1 bill;
- No outstanding bills;
- Not changed the mobile number in the same month and
- Not have porting request scheduled in the same month
