To resume your services, please ensure that your credit / debit card has sufficient funds so that we can make a full deduction of all your outstanding bills.
If you need to update your credit / debit card, you can do so in the CirclesCare app under Settings > Profile Update > Update Credit Card. We will re-attempt payment within 1-3 business days.
Please note that your account should be re-activated within two working days of clearing your outstanding payments.
Please note that your account may not be reactivated after successful payment, should you have an outstanding invoice of more than 3 months.
