To resume your services, please ensure that your credit / debit card has sufficient funds so that we can make a full deduction of all your outstanding bills.
You can use the Pay Now option in the CirclesCare app under Bills to re-initiate a payment anytime and clear your outstanding bills.
If you need to update your credit / debit card, you can do so in the CirclesCare app under Settings>Profile Update>Update Credit Card. We will re-attempt payment within 1-3 business days.
Please note that your account should be re-activated within two working days of clearing your outstanding payments.
