We have a standard payment process for all our customers and we are unable to set specific billing dates or payment deduction dates for customers who request a payment delay.
We run payment rounds in the first few days of the month and, if payment fails, we re-attempt again within 1-3 business days. However, we monitor the usage of customers who have failed payment and an increase in the outstanding amount beyond a certain point would result in service disruption.
Simply ensure that your debit or credit card on file has sufficient funds for us to charge your account. We will re-attempt payment within 1-3 business days. You can also run payment yourself through the Pay Now feature in the CirclesCare app > Bills, but not before 8 days after the first payment attempt.
If payments have been unsuccessful by the 25th of that month, you will be charged a $15 late payment fee in your next bill.
