If your transfer has failed or if you'd like to transfer your number later rather than during your sign up, you can do so anytime through the Circles.Life app.
It takes no time, we won't charge you for it and you'll get a $10 bill waiver forever (Note that your first month will be prorated based on your activation date and your waiver will be prorated too. You will receive a full $10 waiver for the following months as they are not prorated).
You have 30 days after your SIM Card is delivered to re-initiate your transfer to be eligible for the indefinite $10 bill waiver benefit. Once the 30 days passed and the transfer is still not successful, you will not be eligible for this cashback.
Before you request to transfer your number to Circles.Life, you'll need to make sure that it:
- Is a post-paid number (pre-paid numbers cannot be transferred);
- Is registered under your Date of Birth with your current telco (or the Date of Birth you will be using to sign up);
- Is active with your current telco (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be transferred); and
- Does not have any outstanding balance with your current telco.

You may experience some minor service disruption when your number is being transferred from your current telco to Circles.Life. But don't fret, because this is totally normal!
We do our best to minimize any potential service disruptions by initiating the transfer during off-peak hours in the evening, so you can wake up to a better telco.
Here's how you request to transfer your number through the Circles.Life app:
Step 1: Open the Circles.Life app > Home > Profile > Port Number > Port Number from another telco (please use your mobile to open the link).
Step 2: Fill in all the fields
The transfer process will be initiated on the night of the date you choose under 'date of porting'.
Step 3: Tick "Yes" under the question "Registered with the donor telco under your own NRIC/ID?"
Be sure to check that your number is registered under your name with your previous telco before ticking "Yes" or it will cause the transfer to fail. (If the number you're transferring is not registered under your own name, refer to this process instead!)
Step 4: Click "Next" in the top right corner of your screen and enter your NRIC/ID to confirm the port-in request
Step 5: Sit back and relax!
You should see the screen shown below when you're done. We'll drop you an email and a message on the Circles.Life app once the process has been initiated and again when it's complete!
