Before you request to transfer your number to Circles.Life, you'll need to make sure that it:
- Is a post-paid number (pre-paid numbers cannot be transferred);
- Is registered under your NRIC/ID with your current telco (or the NRIC/ID you will be using to sign up);
- Is active with your current telco (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be transferred); and
- Does not have any outstanding balance with your current telco.

Not the case?
If your number is registered under someone else's name, you'll need to follow this process here.
There may be some minor service disruption when your number is being switched over from your current telco to Circles.Life. But don't fret, because this is totally normal!
We do our best to minimize any potential service disruptions by initiating the transfer during off-peak evening hours, so you can rest well knowing that we're doing all we can to get you up and running in record time!
Here's how you request to transfer your number through the CirclesCare app:
Step 1: Open the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco
Step 2: Fill in all the fields
The transfer process will be initiated on the night of the date you choose under 'date of porting'.
Step 3: Tick "Yes" under the question "Registered with the donor telco under your own NRIC/ID?"
Be sure to check that your number is registered under your name with your previous telco before ticking "Yes" or it will cause the transfer to fail. (If the number you're transferring is not registered under your own name, refer to this process instead!)
Step 4: Click "Next" in the top right corner of your screen and enter your NRIC/ID to confirm the port-in request
Step 5: Sit back and relax!
You should see the screen shown below. We'll drop you an email and a message on the CirclesCare app once the process has been initiated and again when it's complete!
*If your number is still under contract with your donor telco, they may charge you termination fees if you transfer your number before your contract is over.
