You can cancel your request to transfer your number to Circles.Life either on the website or through the Circles.Life app, depending on where you initiated the transfer.
If you requested to transfer your number during your sign up:
Head to MANAGE ORDERS and click on the "Cancel Port-in" button. You can do this until 3:00 pm on the day of delivery.
If you requested to transfer your number on the Circles.Life app:
You can cancel it on the Circles.Life app > Home > Profile > Port Number > Port number from another telco. Just click on the "Cancel Request" button! You'll be able to do this up to one working day before the day your transfer is scheduled.
