You can cancel your request to transfer your number to Circles.Life either on the website or through the CirclesCare app, depending on where you initiated the transfer.
If you requested to transfer your number during your sign up:
Log in to your account here, head to "MY ORDERS" and click on the "Cancel Port-in" button. You can do this until 3:00 pm on the day of delivery.
If you requested to transfer your number on the CirclesCare app:
You can cancel it on the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco. Just click on the "Cancel Request" button! You'll be able to do this up to one working day before the day your transfer is scheduled.
