You can do so either on the website or through the app, depending on where you initiated the transfer:
If you requested to transfer your number during the Sign Up process on our website:
You can cancel it through our website, in the "My Orders" section. Just click on the "Cancel Port-in" button. You can do this until 3:00 pm on the day of delivery.
If you requested to transfer your number on the CirclesCare app:
You can cancel it on the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco. Just click on the "Cancel Request" button.
