You'll receive a heads up through the email address you gave to us when you signed up. You'll get an email on the day the transfer is initiated, and another once the process is complete. If you're already using the temporary number we assigned to you and you're logged in to the CirclesCare app, you'll also get notifications there!
If the transfer is successful, log in the CirclesCare app again with the number you just transferred to Circles.Life and your account will be ready to go. Awesome!
If the transfer failed, we'll send you an email with all the details you need to help you sort this out!
