Check your email or your CirclesCare Notification tab (Menu > Notifications), you will receive a heads up about the transfer process once the porting is initiated, and another one once the process is completed on our side!
If the porting is successful: Kudos! Log in the CirclesCare app again with your porting number. Your account will be ready to go :)
If the porting failed: No worries, we sent you an email with all the details you need to help you sort this out!
