We support credit / debit cards only. We will charge your credit / debit card that was used when you initially signed up and built your Circles.Life plan!
You have the option to update your card details in the CirclesCare app under Settings>Profile Update>Update Credit Card.
Your monthly bill will be sent to your registered email address within the first 10 working days of the month.
The outstanding bill will also be charged to your credit / debit card on file within the first 10 working days of the month. Please make sure that the credit / debit card that you have registered with us is always up-to-date and has sufficient funds for deductions!
In the event that we are unable to charge your credit / debit card, you will receive a outstanding payment reminder.
A second attempt will be made to charge your credit / debit card in the next one to three business days. You will also be able to use the Pay Now option in the CirclesCare app > Bills to re-initiate a payment anytime you want and clear your outstanding bills.
If there is a consecutive payment failure, you might experience service disruption.
