If the NRIC / ID number you submitted to us during your sign up does not match with the NRIC / ID number on file with your donor telco (your existing mobile service provider), your request to transfer your number to the Circles.Life network will fail.
But don't fret! Here's what you should do:
Verify if the number you want to transfer is registered under your own NRIC / ID with your donor telco.
Your number is registered under your name?
Then make sure to check that you haven't made a mistake when you keyed the number you want to transfer into the request form! Initiate the porting process again in the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco and check the details you provide twice!
Your number is registered under a family member or a friend NRIC/ID?
Head here for a detailed guide on how to request for a transfer of your number to the Circles.Life network with a transfer of ownership. Once you complete this, we will transfer that number to our network and change the ownership of that number to your name.
