- Kindly check if you have any outstanding bill with us.
Do you have any outstanding bills?
Please settle them before requesting a new port-in,. You can do this using the Pay Now button available in the CirclesCare app > Bills

You don’t have any outstanding bill / payment issues?
Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Experts (scroll down for contact channels).
- Once that is done, try to initiate the porting process through the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco.
