Did your port-in request fail because your transfer of ownership documents were rejected?
Let's work together to figure this out!
- Make sure that you have in hand all the mandatory documents.
In order for us to transfer the ownership of the number to you, we need:
- The front and back of the owner NRIC/ID card;
- The authorization form filled by the owner.
Please make sure that your pictures are in jpeg, png or pdf format and do not exceed 8 MB each.
Also please make sure they're all ready to be uploaded through CirclesCare. For more details, read this FAQ!
- Once that is done, request to transfer your number through the CirclesCare app, by uploading your documents along the process.
Not sure how to request a port-in with CirclesCare?
Initiate porting again by clicking Settings > Port number from another telco.
