The transfer of your number can fail for several reasons. But don't worry, we've got you, so keep reading!
Your current number with another telco is not under your own name
If the NRIC/ID number you submitted during your sign up doesn't match with the NRIC/ID number with your current telco, your request to transfer your number to Circles.Life will fail. If you're unsure, contact your current telco to check which name your current number is under.
Once you've done that, head here for steps on how to request for the transfer again through the CirclesCare app!
Your transfer of ownership with the transfer of your number to Circles.Life was not successful
If the transfer of your number failed because your transfer of ownership has been rejected, this may be because the information you provided of the current owner may not have been correct.
We would recommend contacting your current telco if you're unsure of who's name the number is under!
You should also make sure that your pictures are in jpeg, png or pdf format and do not exceed 8 MB each.

Your current number with another telco is suspended/inactive
Reach out to your existing telco to find out how to reactivate your number! Once your number is reactivated, you can request for the transfer of your number again through the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco.

You selected the wrong donor telco
Don't fret! Just request to transfer your number again through the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco and select the correct telco when you fill out the form!
Your Circles.Life number is inactive/suspended
You won't be able to transfer your number from another telco if your current Circles.Life number is inactive/suspended. This may be due to any outstanding bills you may have with us.
All you need to do is settle your outstanding bills using the Pay Now button available in the CirclesCare app > Bills before requesting to transfer your number again! You can find more about this amazing Pay Now feature here.
Once that is done, just request for the transfer of your number again through the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco.
