If you're having trouble understanding your Circles.Life bill, don’t worry! In a typical month (excluding your first month), your bill will include the cost of your Base Plan and any Plus options for the upcoming month, paid in advance.
We’ve broken it down into easy-to-understand sections:
- Summary Section: Lists your base plan, plus options, and the total amount due.
- Itemised Charges: Shows any additional charges (e.g., data overages, Pay-As-You-Go usage).
- Adjustments: Any credits, waivers, or adjustments to your account will be shown here.
- Due Date & Payment Instructions: Displays the due date for your payment and payment method details.
If you notice unexpected charges, here's a guide to help you understand what they might be.
- Your first bill: The first bill contains charges for two months. If you received your SIM mid-month, you’ll be charged a pro-rated amount for the first month.
- Your additional usage for last month, if any: Includes any extra usage beyond your plan’s allocation, such as boosts, one-time charges, Plus options, auto-boost, Pay-As-You-Go charges, IDD, global fees, and roaming. Please refer to the bill details for more information.

To access your past bills, just head to your Circles.Life app > View Upcoming Bills and scroll down. Just click Email and you can choose to resend that bill to yourself!
