Don’t panic! At the beginning of each month, we disable the Pay Now button as we generate your monthly bill and attempt to auto-deduct payment for this as well as any other outstanding payments. If you are unable to use the Pay Now button, that means we’re still working on this, so check back in a few days!
If you are experiencing this issue outside the billing period (eg. the middle or end of the month), it may be due to a scheduled maintenance. Please be patient with us!
