From this date, you can transfer your number from your current telco to Circles.Life without being charged early termination fees. Because we never want you to be surprised by any hidden charges, we did the legwork to find out how you can check your contract end date. Read on!
Your re-contract date is typically 3 months before your actual contract end date. If you transfer your number out at this time, you may be charged early termination fees from your current telco.
So there's no confusion, we would recommend checking your contract end date using the methods below or by calling your telco before you initiate the transfer of your number to Circles.Life, as early termination fees are different with each telco.

Web browser: Log in to ‘My Account’ with your Singtel OnePass. Select 'Show details and usage' that is to the left of your mobile number. Under your plan summary, check your contract end date by looking under Recontract Eligibility > Show Contract End Date.
If your account no longer has this function, we'd recommend that you email Singtel to check your contract end date (https://info.singtel.com/faq-contact-us).
Web browser: Log in to your Starhub account and head to the icon on the top right corner of the page and select ‘Manage my account’. Scroll down to ‘Manage my services’, select your mobile number and click on ‘View & Manage’. Your contract end date will be under your mobile number.
Mobile app: Log in to your ‘My Starhub’ app. Head to My Account > My subscribed services. Scroll down to the ‘Contract end date’ section under your mobile plan.
Mobile app: Log in to your account on your ‘My M1’ app. You can view your contract end date by clicking on your mobile contract > Re-contract Eligibility.
