Your contract end date is the date that your contract expires. This is when you can transfer your number out of your current telco’s network to Circles.Life without facing early termination fees.
Your re-contract date is typically 3 months before your actual contract end date. If you transfer your number out at this time, you may face early termination fees from your current telco.
So there's no confusion, we would recommend checking your contract end date using the methods below or by calling your telco before you initiate the transfer of your number to Circles.Life, as early termination fees are different with each telco.

Web browser: Log in to ‘My Account’ with your Singtel OnePass. Select 'Show details and usage' that is to the left of your mobile number. Under your plan summary, check your contract end date by looking under Recontract Eligibility > Show Contract End Date.
Web browser: Log in to your Starhub account and head to the icon on the top right corner of the page and select ‘Manage my account’. Scroll down to ‘Manage my services’, select your mobile number and click on ‘View & Manage’. Your contract end date will be under your mobile number.
Mobile app: Log in to your ‘My Starhub’ app. Head to My Account > My subscribed services. Scroll down to the ‘Contract end date’ section under your mobile plan.
Mobile app: Log in to your account on your ‘My M1’ app. You can view your contract end date by clicking on your mobile contract > Re-contract Eligibility.
