To proceed, go to MANAGE ORDERS page
1. Login with your Date Of Birth and Circles.Life Phone Number/Order ID.
|💡 You can find your Order ID in the first email notification we sent after you placed your order.|
2. Click on the Terminate Order button.
3. Wait for our email confirming your cancellation request.
Before you request for cancellation
Please make sure that:
✅ You have received at least two bills from us.
✅ You do not have any outstanding bills with us. If you have an outstanding balance, please pay your balance first before sending a cancellation request.
Things you should know
👉You need to submit your cancellation request before 12pm on the last day of the month to terminate within the month.
Otherwise, this request will be processed for the following month. All service cancellations are done at the end of the month.
👉 Once termination has been scheduled, you can still use the line until the end of the month. And once the line has been terminated, it will no longer be available permanently and cannot be ported out.
