We’re so sad to see you go, but here’s how you can request for a termination of your Circles.Life plan:
- Contact us to request for a termination before 12pm on the last day of the month
- Click on the link provided by our Customer Happiness Expert
- The link will bring you to our website where you should log in to your account
- Provide us with the information requested on the page
- Submit your request
- You'll receive an email from us confirming your termination request (if you requested for termination through our voicemail service, you'll receive an email from us asking you to schedule your termination.)

We’ll hold back our tears as you say goodbye. If you decide you no longer want to cancel your plan, you can select 'Cancel My Request' on the confirmation email we sent you, or log back into your account on our website, head to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and select ‘Cancel Termination’.
