Before you request for a cancellation of your Circles.Life plan, please make sure that:
- You have received at least two bills from us; and
- You do not have any outstanding bills with us.
Things you should know:
- To terminate within the month, you will need to submit your request for a termination before 12pm on the last day of the month. Otherwise, this request will be taken into account for the following month. All service cancellations will be done at the end of the month.
- You'll receive an email from us confirming your termination request (if you requested for termination through our voicemail service, you'll receive an email from us asking you to schedule your termination.)
