Before you request for a cancellation of your Circles.Life plan, please make sure that:
- Your plan is not currently suspended;
- You have received at least two bills from us; and
- You do not have any outstanding bills with us.
You will need to submit your request by 12pm on the last day of the month. Otherwise, this request will be taken into account for the following month. All service cancellations will be done at the end of the month. Head here for steps on how to request for a cancellation.
