Your 5G subscription is linked to your Circles.Life phone number or account. So worry not!
If you're changing devices, please make sure that your new device is compatible with 5G and that your device network settings have been set to 5G.
If you are on eSIM, you must first ensure that your new device is on the list of 5G SA eSIM compatible devices. You may install the eSIM using the previous eSIM QR code that was sent to you in your email. (Look out for the email with the subject "Circles.Life Your eSIM QR code")
However, you may need to request for a new eSIM from our agents if the eSIM that you're installing doesn't work.
