Step 0: Ensure your Jetpac eSIM line is turned on
Step 1: Search for SIM toolkit (may also be called SIM Menu or STK Services)
Step 2: Choose Mode > Manual
Step 3: Choose the correct IMSI depending on the country you’re roaming in.
Step 4: Restart your device after you have updated your IMSI.
The IMSI must be set to one of these three: 26, 25 or 7, depending on what country you're roaming in.
