Most customers are currently using a 5G SIM card. After upgrading to 5G, you are not required to change your SIM. Don’t worry, our system will automatically detect if a SIM change is needed.
Prior to receiving the 5G SIM card, you can continue using your line without any interruption.
Once you receive the SIM card, simply activate it, and you're all set!
If you are on eSIM, we will send you a new 5G eSIM to your registered email address.
