When you purchase a Roaming Add-On, your phone will automatically connect to one of our preferred networks after you enable roaming.
How to Manually Connect to a Preferred Network
In most cases, your phone will auto-connect to a preferred network. In the case that it does not, here’s how you can manually select one:
iOS
- Go to: Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection
- Turn off ‘Automatic’
- Choose the preferred network
Using multiple data plans (eSIM)?
Go to: Settings > Mobile Data > Data Plans > Select your Circles.Life plan > Network Selection → Turn off ‘Automatic’ → Select preferred network.
Android
- Go to: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
- Select Manually → Choose the preferred network
