Upon receiving your Family Plan package, start by activating your Primary SIM first. Once the Primary SIM has been activated, all Sub SIMs would be automatically activated as well.

Scan the QR code on your Family Plan packaging or visit https://www.circles.life/sg/self-activation/.

Activate your Primary SIM and wait for our confirmation email. If you want to keep your number, select 'Transfer Number' during the activation process.

Your Sub SIMs will be activated automatically with their assigned new numbers.

If you want to transfer your own number from another telco to us, you can do this through Circles.Life App => Profile > Port Number. Check out the Number Transferring Guide to see the step-by-step instructions.

If you want to change your assigned number, you can do this through our Website: Circles.Life website > Manage Order > Number Change. Check out the Number Changing Guide to see the step-by-step instructions.

Make sure your Primary SIM is activated before you do the actions above.

Note: As a Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.
