For Primary accounts
You can transfer your number from any postpaid line from other telco providers. If you’re a Circles.Life existing user, check out this guide instead. Primary account's number transfer can be done during the SIM activation process or on the Circles.Life app after activation.
While activating your SIM:
- Select ‘Transfer Number’ when you activate your Primary SIM.
- Complete the activation flow.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
After activation:
- Login to the Circles.Life app with the new number provided.
- Click Profile and click Port Number.
- Fill in the necessary details to complete number transferring.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
For Sub accounts
You will only be able to transfer your number after you receive a Circles.Life assigned number and once the Primary SIM is activated. The details will be emailed to the Primary account’s email address. Once you receive your assigned new number, simply follow the steps below:
- Download the Circles.Life app.
- Log in using the new number provided.
- Click Profile => Port Number
- Fill in the necessary details to complete number transferring.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
Note: As a Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number with Circles.Life.
