If you've missed your delivery, we can arrange for redelivery within the next 2 days. Simply contact our Customer Happiness Experts to request redelivery. Please note, a $15 redelivery fee applies if an attempt was made by our Delivery Partners.
Alternatively, you can authorize someone to collect your Welcome Pack on your behalf. They will need to present:
- Your original valid ID and signed letter of authorization
- Their own valid ID
You can download the letter of authorization attached, sign it, and then authorize someone else to collect your package. Simply sign in with your order reference and DoB, then click the button below to authorize someone to collect it.
*Please note that we do not accept copies of your ID. Only physical, original IDs will be accepted.
