If you've lost your SIM card, you can easily order a replacement with the same number directly from your Circles.Life account. You can even get it delivered the same day!
Please Note:
Your line will be automatically suspended as soon as you reorder a new SIM to protect against fraudulent activity. To prevent any charges, be sure to reorder your SIM as quickly as possible (any usage between the loss of your SIM and the suspension of your line will be chargeable).
How to Reorder Your SIM:

Access the MANAGE ORDER Page
Go to the "HELP" tab on our website: Circles.Life Help -
Login to Your Account
In the top right corner, click on ‘MANAGE ORDERS’ and log in using your date of birth and either your Order ID or Circles.Life phone number. -
Request for SIM Replacement
Scroll down and select ‘Request SIM Replacement’. You’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email to verify your identity and protect your account. -
Select Your Circles.Life Number
Fill in your NRIC/ID number, select either Physical SIM or eSIM (Check eSIM compatible device), and select "Lost SIM or device" under SIM Replacement Reason. Click "Submit". -
Verification (eKYC)
Click “Manage Order”. You will prompted to verify via your Singpass.. -
Schedule Delivery (Physical SIM)
Once verified, you could proceed to schedule a delivery for your replacement SIM card - Sit back and relax, your new SIM card will be delivered to you shortly!

If you lost your SIM abroad, report the lost SIM by logging in to your account through our website and get your new SIM delivered when you're back!

Please note that we will charge a SIM replacement fee* of $25 for the new SIM. This charge would be reflected in your next bill.
*Initial delivery fees are waived off. If your SIM card delivery fails, you'll be charged $15 for each redelivery attempt.
