Bills are only applicable if you're on the $28 /mo Base Plan.
By default, your monthly bills will be sent to the email address that you provided us when you signed up for your Circles.Life service.
You can change this email address in the CirclesCare app > Settings > Profile Update > Update Personal Details.
If you don't see your bill, check your email's spam folder. Or, you can resend your bill in the CirclesCare App > Bills.
