Before you request to transfer your number to Circles.Life, here are a couple of things you should keep an eye out for! You'll need to make sure that:
1. You have a post-paid number (pre-paid numbers cannot be transferred)
If you're receiving a bill every month, you've got a post-paid number and can transfer your number to Circles.Life anytime!
If not, you have a pre-paid number. If you want to be with your pre-paid number till the end of time (we get it), you'll need to move to a post-paid service with your existing telco before you can transfer your number to Circles.Life! Reach out to your current telco for more information.
But if you're not that attached to your number, you can always get a new number with us! The choice is yours.
2. Your number is registered under your NRIC/ID with your current telco
The NRIC/ID you upload during your sign up needs to be the same NRIC/ID that is linked to your number with your current telco!
If you're not sure which NRIC/ID your number is under, just check your monthly bills! The name on your bills will be the the name that is linked to your post-paid number. If you need to check which specific ID is linked to this number, call your current telco to check. Note that if your ID number has changed, you'll need to update this with your current telco first before signing up with us!
Number not under your own NRIC/ID? You can do a transfer of ownership when you request to transfer your number (find out how here). Alternatively, if you're fine with your number being under the current NRIC/ID that is not your own, you'll need to use their NRIC/ID to sign up!
3. Your number is not inactive/suspended with your current telco
4. You do not have any outstanding balance under that number

5. This is your first time porting in to Circles.Life within the month
For example, after you have ported in on 2nd Nov and ported out on 15th Nov, if you attempt port in on 28th Nov, your second port in attempt will fail.
