You will be automatically charged for your bill on the credit / debit card we have on file within the first 7 working days of the month.
Please make sure that the credit or debit card on file is always updated and has sufficient funds. You can update your credit / debit card details on the CirclesCare app > Settings > Profile Update > Update Credit Card.
If we were unable to deduct payment, a second attempt will be made in the next 1 - 3 business days. You will also be able to use the Pay Now option in the CirclesCare app > Bills to pay your outstanding bills immediately!
