Here's what you need to do:
1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to your MY ACCOUNTS page.
3. Go to the 'Request Number Change' section.
4. Enter your NRIC for verification and the existing number that you'd like to change.
If you are eligible to change your number, you will be able to select the 'Request Number Change' button and you will be redirected to the number selection page
5. Select the number you'd like to change to and confirm your request.
A $32 fee will be charged when you submit your request and is non-refundable. You can also choose a special number (Golden, Silver etc.), this will incur an extra fee. Please note that if your request is made on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your request on the next working day.
