After we've fulfilled your order at our warehouse, we pass your Welcome Pack on to our friendly and reliable Delivery Partners. While we would love to give you a more detailed delivery process after this step, we leave our delivery up to them. Therefore, since delivery is dependant on the routes of our Delivery Partners and their staff, we won't be able to give you specific timings on when your Welcome Pack will arrive.

If you missed your delivery, you'll receive an email for you to reschedule your delivery. Do know you can also go to the "My Orders" section of your account on our website to reschedule (see screenshot below). Please note that a S$15 fee will apply for redeliveries.
