Please click on the redelivery request link provided in this email and fill in your desired redelivery slot. You can also reschedule your delivery through the My Orders section of your account on our website.
Please note that a S$15 fee will apply for redeliveries. If the failed delivery was due to unforeseen circumstances that was beyond our control or yours, this fee will be waived.
