Summary

1. An E-Voucher Code means an alphanumeric code which entitles its user to purchase goods and/or services offered on the Website up to the fixed monetary denomination associated with that sequence.
   
2. All E-Voucher Codes are valid for use on the Website during the Validity Period only and will expire thereafter. No refunds or replacements will be made for expired E-Voucher Codes.
   
3. Use of E-Voucher Codes is subject to the following terms of use:
   • E-Voucher Codes are valid for use only at the Website.
   • Each E-Voucher Code is valid for the Validity Period only.
   • No refunds or store credit will be provided for any expired E-Voucher Code.
   • Refunds for goods and/or services purchased with an E-Voucher Code will be for Website store credit only.
   • The Website’s Terms and Service shall apply to all use of the E-Voucher Codes.
     
4. Buyer shall accurately and clearly communicate the terms of use of E-Voucher Codes to their users.
   
5. Buyer shall pay ZALORA the Total Fees in accordance with the Payment Terms. Time is of the essence for all payments due to ZALORA under this Agreement. ZALORA is not required to deliver any E-Voucher Code until it has received the Total Fees in full.
   
6. After receipt of the Total Fees, Buyer shall deliver the E-Voucher Codes only to the Email Address. ZALORA is not responsible for any loss incurred by the Buyer due to any error or typo in the Email Address.
   
7. Buyer acknowledges that it is responsible for ensuring the security and safekeeping of E-Voucher Codes it receives under this Agreement. ZALORA is not required to replace, block or refund E-Voucher Codes which were deleted, used without Buyer’s authorization, or lost because of Buyer’s acts or omissions.
   
8. ZALORA shall use reasonable commercial efforts to provide customer service to users who encountered errors or technical malfunctions in the use of a E-Voucher Code.
   
9. ZALORA may invalidate or suspend the use of any E-Voucher Code if it suspects any misuse, fraud or unlawful activity or in the event of any technical malfunction or unavailability of the Website.
