Customers will be eligible for a $5 late payment fee if they satisfy any of the following suspension criteria if:
- you have not paid at least 2 bills and have incurred more than SGD$50;
- you have not paid for more than 50 days and have incurred more than SGD$50; or
- you have not paid your bill which amounts to more than SGD$200.
This fee will be applied on the bill received after suspension.
