If you have requested for a replacement physical SIM, you will need to activate the new SIM via the Manage Order page. Follow the steps below:
1. Go to Manage Order page here.
You will be prompted to enter your contact details and complete OTP verification here.
2. Click on "Activate Replacement SIM"
3. You will be led to the "Activate Replacement SIM" page to enter your SIM barcode and NRIC/FIN number.
Please ensure the above details are correct. Your SIM barcode can be found at the back of the physical SIM leaflet.
4. Click on "Activate SIM".
You can return to Manage Order to do this another time.
5. That's all! Your new SIM is now active. :D
