- Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and select 4G/5G. VoLTE should automatically be enabled, but if not, enable it in your settings.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data to ensure 4G/5G is selected and VoLTE is enabled.
If you do not see these options, your phone may not support VoLTE. Alternatively, you can check your phone's manual or contact your phone manufacturer for confirmation.
