- Your number change will be processed within 3 business days.
- We will ask you to choose your Special Number preference in order of priority. Note that your existing number will be replaced with your new Special Number depending on the order of priority and availability of the numbers you chose. Meaning, suppose your first option is no longer available, you will be awarded your second option from your list if it is available.
- The purchase of a Special Number is non-refundable, except in the event that all 3 of your chosen Special Numbers are unavailable.
If you purchase a new Special Number from the website here, you can enjoy it immediately upon activation.
