- You will be required to choose three (3) choices of Special Numbers belonging to the same price category from the list of Special Numbers. Prices in the list include GST.
- Payment must be made by you before Circles processes your order. Payment may not be made by someone on your behalf. If payment is made by other persons on your behalf, your order will be rejected. Any rejected orders will be and refunded to you within fifteen (15) business days from the date we reject your order.
- While Circles is processing your order, an email from Circles will be sent to you containing a link for you to provide your personal details, Special Number reference code (you will receive through your purchase confirmation email), your mobile number to be replaced, and your top three (3) chosen Special Numbers (ranked accordingly). We will reject your order if your personal details do not match the personal details used to register your current mobile number. Any rejected orders will be refunded to you within fifteen (15) business days from the date we reject your order.
- Your mobile number will be replaced with one (1) out of your three (3) chosen Special Numbers, depending on availability, the ranking order of your chosen Special Numbers, and whether they belong to the price category you paid. For example, if your first (1st) choice of Special Number is not available due for any reason or does not belong to the price category you paid for, Circles will replace your mobile number with your second (2nd) choice of Special Number.
- An email notification will be sent to you letting you know which one (1) of your chosen three (3) Special Numbers will replace your current mobile number, along with the date and time it will be replaced. You will receive another email notification once Circles has successfully changed your mobile number.
- If all three (3) Special Numbers you chose belong to different price categories from the price category you paid for or all three (3) of your chosen Special Numbers are unavailable for any reason, your order will be rejected. Any rejected orders will be refunded to you within fifteen (15) business days from the date we reject your order.
- Temporary service disruptions may occur during changes to Special Numbers and Circles is not liable for any losses due to these disruptions.
- Circles is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from changing your current mobile number to the Special Number. Circles make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service during the Special Number change process.
- Circles reserves the right to amend the process or the prices of the Special Numbers at any time without prior notice.
- Unless stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, the purchase of a Special Number is non-refundable.

- In the event that the Services related to your Special Number are suspended or terminated due to your breach of the Circles.Life General Terms and Conditions, the Fair Usage Policy, and/or other agreements you may have with us, you will not be eligible for a refund for your Special Number charges.
