You won’t be able to make changes to an existing number transfer request, so you’ll need to cancel your existing request first.
If you submitted a number transfer request when you signed up from the Circles.Life website and have not received your SIM card yet, head to the ‘Manage orders > Fill-out details > My Order > Cancel Port-in Request’ page and select ‘Cancel Port-In Request’.
If you submitted a number transfer request from the Circles.Life app, head to the Circles.Life app > Home > Profile > Port Number > Port number from another telco and select ‘Cancel Port-In Request’.
Once you’ve done that, all you need to do is submit another request with the correct information in the Circles.Life app > Settings > Port number from another telco!
