Unfortunately, there is no other way to reinitiate a transfer for a terminated number, except to reach out to your existing telco to reactivate your number.
Once your number is reactivated, you can request for the transfer of your number again through the Circles.Life app > Home > Profile > Port Number > Port number from another telco (please open the link with your mobile).
