Only post-paid numbers can be transferred to Circles.Life. If you’ve got a pre-paid number, here's what you can do:
- Convert your pre-paid number into a post-paid number with your current telco. Yes, it’s possible! Contact your current telco for more information.
- Once that is done, try again to port-in your number through the CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number from another telco.
