If the NRIC/ID number you submitted during your sign up doesn't match with the NRIC/ID number with your current telco, your request to transfer your number to Circles.Life will fail. Before you can reinitiate your number transfer, you may want to contact your current telco to check which name your current number is under.
Once you've done that, head here for steps on how to request for the transfer again through the Circles.Life app. Remember to enter the correct information this time!
