You won't be able to transfer your number from another telco if your current Circles.Life number is inactive/suspended. This may be due to any outstanding bills you may have with us.
All you need to do is settle your outstanding bills using the Pay Now button available in the Circles.Life app > Bills before requesting to transfer your number again! You can find more about this amazing Pay Now feature here.
Once that is done, just request for the transfer of your number again through the Circles.Life app > Settings > Port number from another telco.
